Dublin Ready to Usher in Lunar New Year: Year of the Snake

Dublin is gearing up for Chinese/Lunar New Year 2025 – which will formally usher in the Year of the Snake.

The festival runs from January 25 to February 2, with January 29 the actual new year date.

This year’s festivities, in Dublin, will cover food and culture with various events happening around the capital from galleries (National Gallery, Chester Beatty Library) to cinemas (IFI) to restaurants, workshops and street events – aimed at all ages.
