Must Visit: The Bollinger Champagne Garden

Summer has officially arrived at the Culloden Estate and Spa on Bangor Road in Belfast with the opening of the hotel’s Bollinger Champagne Garden and the launch of a new seasonal menu.


Located on the estate grounds, the Belfast hotel's picturesque lawns have been transformed into an alfresco haven, inviting guests to immerse themselves in the scents and sounds of the estate, while overlooking the beautiful Belfast Lough.





Open daily from 12pm – 9pm, weather permitting, guests can look forward to a drinks menu of Bollinger champagne, Aperol spritz, handcrafted cocktails, curated gins and premium wines.


A new Paddock Menu has been created by the award-winning culinary team and features a charcuterie sharing board as well as a new Roman Sourdough Panino with a choice of delicious fillings. From roast Northern Irish chicken caprese with plum tomato, basil pesto and mozzarella to a cured meat selection of Serrano ham, fennel salami, nduja, smoked tomato pesto and provolone cheese, or a vegetarian roast pepper caprese.
